The Web is all about information. People are looking for information, so content is key. But content must be presented effectively on a web page in order for people to absorb it. This is where design comes in. Good design makes it easy for visitors to find what they're looking for and have a pleasant, even entertaining visual experience while being left with a lasting impression.
